The Chazhikattu School Of Nursing was started in October 2009 and is approved by both the Kerala Nursing Council and the Indian Nursing Council.
Nursing being a chosen profession for many from this part of Kerala, it was decided to start a nursing school attached to the hospital. With an intake of 20 students per batch, the nursing school has helped realize the dreams of many. Residential facilities are available for the students, many of whom have now moved on to different places in India and abroad to further their careers.
since its inception in 2009 school of nursing chazhikattu hospitals has one and only aim that is to provide a balance comprehensive nursing education and clinical skills. chazhikattu hospital is the parent institution for the school. this is 250 bedded hospital ,provides multi specialty and super specialty services. the school and hospital along with the help of well qualified staff provides an excellent academic facilities and clinical experiences
we believe that nursing training is not just teaching the syllabus,but much more that,the total personality development of the students and social development along with academic achievement of skilled nurses .
